This Privacy Policy describes how Pomodoro Tasks ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Pomodoro Tasks does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any other personal details to use the app.
Session data (timer history, session titles, and app settings) is stored on the app server to provide functionality. This data does not include any personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or device IDs, and cannot be used to identify you.
Notifications: The app may request permission to send local notifications to alert you when a session ends. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and no data is sent externally.
Calendar Access: If you enable calendar sync, the app will request access to your device calendar to create events for completed sessions. Calendar data stays on your device and is not transmitted to any server.
Pomodoro Tasks does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with third parties.
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data. All communication between the app and our server is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Our server enforces strict security headers including content security policies, XSS protection, and clickjacking prevention.
Pomodoro Tasks does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The app is designed for general audiences and does not request any personal information.
